1. About Us

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("Student," "you") and Individual Entrepreneur Sukhodolov Yurii Sviatoslavovych (IPN: 2979909896), operating as i'm free Music School, with registered address at Kapitana Kuznetsova 114/15, Odesa, 65069, Ukraine ("we," "us," "the School").

By booking a lesson or using our services, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services We Provide

We offer individual music lessons in the following instruments:

Lessons are available in two formats:

• In-studio at our Kyiv location
• Online via video call (languages: Ukrainian, English, Chinese)

Lesson duration: Standard lesson is approximately 55-60 minutes. A shorter 30-minute format is also available.

Important: Our lessons are designed for hobby-level enjoyment -- learning music for personal fulfillment, including performing at our school concerts. We are not an accredited educational institution and do not provide professional or certified music education.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 How to Book

You can book lessons by contacting us through the contact form on our website, by phone, or by email. After your initial inquiry, we will confirm availability and schedule your lessons.

3.2 Pricing

Current pricing is displayed on our website at imfree.school/prices. We offer:

Prices may change. Any price changes will not affect lessons already booked and paid for.

3.3 Payment Methods

We accept payments through:

• Monobank (JSC Universal Bank)
• WayForPay

Our website does not process or store payment card data. All payment transactions are handled securely by the above third-party payment providers.

3.4 Package Validity

Lesson packages must be used within 3 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Schedule and Attendance

4.1 Studio Hours

Our studio operates Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM -- 9:00 PM. Sundays are closed.

4.2 Punctuality

Please arrive on time for your lesson. If you arrive late, the lesson will still end at its scheduled time. The missed time will not be made up.

4.3 Absence Without Notice (No-Show)

If you fail to attend a scheduled lesson without prior notice, this counts as a no-show. No-show lessons are not refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

5.1 The 12-Hour Rule

5.2 Cancellation by the School

If the School cancels a lesson (for example, due to teacher illness or force majeure), you will receive either a full refund or a rescheduled lesson at your choice.

6. Online Lesson Requirements

If you choose to take lessons online, you are responsible for ensuring the following:

• A stable internet connection (minimum recommended: 10 Mbps)
• A device with a working camera and microphone
• Access to your musical instrument during the lesson
• A quiet environment suitable for learning

We are not responsible for technical issues on your end (poor internet, equipment failure, etc.) that affect the quality of the lesson. If a lesson cannot proceed due to your technical issues, it will be treated as a no-show.

If a lesson cannot proceed due to our technical issues, we will reschedule it at no additional cost.

7. Students Under 18 -- Parental Consent

7.1 Booking for Minors

If the Student is under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian ("Parent") must agree to these Terms on the Student's behalf. By booking a lesson for a minor, the Parent confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

7.2 Data Protection for Children

For Students under 16, we require parental consent for the collection and processing of personal data, in accordance with the GDPR. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7.3 Parental Responsibility

The Parent is responsible for ensuring the Student's attendance, conduct, and compliance with these Terms.

8. Conduct

Students are expected to behave respectfully toward teachers and staff. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who:

• Behaves in a disruptive, abusive, or disrespectful manner
• Damages studio equipment or property
• Arrives under the influence of alcohol or drugs

In such cases, no refund will be provided for the lesson or remaining package.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Our Materials

All teaching materials, arrangements, recordings, and other content created or provided by the School remain the intellectual property of i'm free Music School. You may use these materials for personal practice only. You may not copy, distribute, sell, or publish them without our written consent.

9.2 Lesson Recordings

Recording lessons (audio or video) is permitted only with prior consent from the teacher. Any recordings made with consent are for personal use only and may not be shared publicly.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Service Quality

We strive to provide high-quality instruction. However, we do not guarantee specific learning outcomes, as progress depends on many factors including personal practice and individual ability.

10.2 Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount you have paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10.3 Exclusions

We are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or technical failures on your equipment
• Injuries sustained in transit to or from our studio
• Any third-party actions, including those of payment providers

11. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, pandemic, government restrictions, power outages, or internet service disruptions.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do:

• The updated Terms will be posted on our website with a new effective date.
• If the changes are significant, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you (for example, by email or a notice on our website).
• Your continued use of our services after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

13.1 Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.

13.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of Ukraine.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the School regarding the use of our services.
